Project Description
WPF custom control for the integration of XNA game class with full 3D performance.

There are several ways to implement XNA into WPF out on the web, but most of them suffer from poor performance. A lot of the implementations I've seen are coping the rendered output image into a texture, which is then displayed onto a WPF control. This concept is pretty basic, but actually kills all 3D acceleration und ends up in a game with just a couple of frames per second.
Because I couldn't find an implementation with good performance, I started to do a litte "research" on this topic on my own and created this implementation with maximum 3D performance. The details on the background can be found in the documentation section.

This implementation is actually an excerpt of the SuperNOVA IDE, which is documented here: http://supernovaengine.blogspot.com/
